Delivery Wholesale

Delivery will be made by a courier service at Contare’s discretion and will be paid for by the customer. The price indicated at the time of purchase is the cost of shipping and handling.

Contare will not be liable for any loss suffered by you if you provide us with incorrect delivery details. It is your responsibility to ensure Contare has current details of your postal/delivery address and all other details.

Contare endeavours to get each order out in the quickest possible timeframe whilst assuring the highest quality. No delivery time is guaranteed due to various unforeseen circumstances that can affect delivery including and not limited to: cancelled air traffic, change in air schedules, industrial stoppage, customs clearance or natural disasters.

Delivery times may vary, depending on your location. Freight Companies take on average 7-8 days to deliver to most destinations. Delivery times tend to be extended by the freight company during peak periods. 

All delivers are receipted delivery, meaning you must sign for your parcel(s).Please prior to signing you must confirm the correct number of parcels have arrived as listed on the freight companies delivery docket. Write comments on driver’s consignment note regarding any missing parcels. Without comments listed on freight companies copy of the consignment note then we have no recourse with the freight company on your behalf.

Should delivery be attempted to your business, be it shop, warehouse, office which is unattended and /or nobody is available to sign for and accept delivery, and/or if the delivery driver is not able to access the property and/or not in a position to leave the parcel on your property, then they will choose to return the goods to their warehouse and redelivering at a later date.

At Contare, we understand the need to receive your goods as soon as possible and aim to have your order processed and dispatched as efficiently as possible. Our warehouse works Monday to Friday to collect and pack orders so you can receive them as soon as possible. While we do have standard delivery times, we do experience peak periods where our processing time may increase.

Processing - Your order has been reviewed and awaiting final confirmation from head office. Item(s) on your order are being collected and packed.

Order has been dispatched - Your order has been dispatched and is on its way.
